RECEIVED A COMPLAINT OF A SUSPECTED FOOD BORNE ILLNESS. TALKED WITH THE MANAGER ABOUT THE FOLLOWING CONCERNS:
1) EMPLOYEE ILLNESS AS WELL AS FAMILY MEMBER ILLNESS 2) TEMPERATURE ISSUES 3) FOOD RECALLS 4) SICK CUSTOMERS THE MANAGER STATED THEY ONLY HAD ONE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS OFF SICK, BUT THEY STATED THAT THIS HAPPENED YESTERDAY WHICH WAS OUT OF THE SUSPECTED TIMELINE OF THE COMPLAINT. THE MANAGER ALSO STATED THEY ARE VERY STRICT IN KEEPING TO THE ILLNESS GUIDE OF STAYING HOME WHEN SICK. THERE WERE NO REPORTED ISSUES IN THE OTHER CONCERN TOPICS DISCUSSED. NO OTHER ISSUES WERE NOTED DURING INVESTIGATION. |
